Quartet Engineers, PLLC is a Texas-based company established in September 2015, with its main office located at 2313 W Sam Houston Pkwy N Suite 121, Houston, TX 77043. We have highly qualified professional licensed engineers, certified field and laboratory technicians who work together to provide the best service for each project. Our staff adheres to appropriate testing standards to ensure accurate results are reported promptly. Quartet Engineers has a history of successfully completing contracts without default or termination.
The principal contact for Missouri City projects is Vijay K Jha, PhD, PE, who serves as the President and Principal Engineer. Dr. Jha is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by Project Management Institute and has over 20 years of experience in Civil Structural, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Material Testing, and Project Management. He has been involved in various projects such as ports, transportation, public works, municipal work, industrial facilities, commercial developments, waste disposal facilities, power plants, dams, marine terminals, underground utilities, and subdivisions.
